Jumped out to Indianapolis for a few days before I turned 40. Visiting some friends to bring on the midlife crisis. First sets of pictures are from camping out in Columbus Indiana at postcard cabins. Was a great campground, with very little people out there.

The hiking trail was short but enough to get a bit sweaty.

We ended up cooking dinner over the fire, and had some smores later on in the evening.

Was a great time just being out in Indiana under the stars for a night.

After we got back from camping, we set out to Garfield park in Indianapolis. It was a pretty dreary day, but still worth it to get out.

Being 40, while a bit nerve racking, didn’t scare me as much as i thought it would. I’m ok slowing down a bit, and just enjoying the people and purposes that have come in my life.
